Our role
A prototype commissioned by the consultancy AN Conseils for the Jumbo Pneus network. Youssef handles design, development and the learning content: quizzes, summaries and resources.
Context
The network wants to train the staff of its centres, certify each employee and track progress by franchise, without relying on in person sessions.
Scope
- Three roles: employee, franchise manager, network management
- Module paths with videos, summaries, key points and quizzes
- Progress dashboards per franchise
- Accounts and data separated by franchise
Key decisions
- 1Split the specification: a first phase with the platform and two modules, the three technical modules in a second phase.
- 2Embed existing videos instead of producing new ones, and focus the effort on quizzes and summaries.
